Learners will develop a working knowledge of LABC Warranty's policy structure, including an examination of the different sections of our policy and cover.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Identify exclusions, both general and specific.
  • Identify some of the definitions within our policy documents.
  • Consider the differences in cover offered in our policies.
  • Evaluate examples of claims.
  • Examine claims procedures and different requirements.
  • Analyse policy cover relating to common areas.
  • Analyse the differences in policy cover relating to new build and converted buildings.
